Apporter is a French word meaning “to bring”. The concept behind the company is high-end, travel production kits for designers to bring with them wherever they go. Each kit would be built by hand in a combination of materials chosen by the client. Additional features would include custom embossed monograms/logos and the client’s choice of contents ranging from pencils, markers, and field notes, to xacto knives, rulers and erasers.

In keeping with the handmade, design-focused concept behind the company, the Apporter logo is a vintage woodblock type piece that’s been used as a stamp.

The prototype kit was made using faux ostrich and cherry wood with an embossed monogram. The kits would come in a simple yet elegant black box featuring only the Apporter “A” stamped in silver.
